What do we offer you?

A gross monthly salary between € 2558 and € 3207; depending on age, experience, and employment conditions per CAO Wholesale in Fruits and Vegetables.
A full-time job (avg. 38 hrs per week) with the prospect of a permanent position (we often work a bit more in the winter months, allowing you to enjoy extra time off in the summer months).
35 vitality days (including vacation and public holidays) and 8% vacation pay.

What will you do?

You will primarily be working in our production hall. Here, we wash, sort, and package organic

pumpkins. You will also undertake other tasks. Think of:

Preparing orders for shipping by printing and placing crate and pallet labels and shipping documents.
Unloading and weighing new stock.
Coaching and directing colleagues.
Staff planning.
Processing pumpkins in our cutting kitchen.
Working in the field in agriculture.
Maintaining our outdoor areas and buildings and pruning/planting fruit trees in one of our (food) forests.
Likewise, there’s so much to mention, making this a super versatile job that turns you into a true all-rounder!

Who are you?

You are a doer, flexible, and solution-oriented. You see work to be done and take the initiative. You are responsible and can quickly switch between various tasks. You don’t mind starting early and are happy to put in extra hours when needed. You speak good Dutch and perhaps you even have a forklift license?

Who are we?

We are De Terp Squashpackers B.V. We primarily ensure that consumers in the Netherlands and abroad are supplied with fresh organic pumpkins. We achieve this by growing Dutch pumpkins and importing foreign pumpkins to deliver to our consumers year-round.

In addition to agriculture and washing, sorting, and packaging pumpkins (and the entire logistics process surrounding it), we also have a pumpkin cutting facility to produce pre-packaged, sliced pumpkin cubes. We also mostly handle the maintenance of our (brand new) grounds and buildings ourselves.

We are a flat organization where everyone feels involved and where there is room to be yourself. We work hard, but there is also space for relaxation.
